The products were sold in stores as well as online. Vitafusion’s parent company Church & Dwight Co. Inc. initiated the recall and is working closely with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. If you purchased the recalled products, you should immediately discard them or return them to your retailer for a refund. Fortunately, so far no illnesses or injuries have been reported.
