Continental Mills for their part says that they’re working with the FDA and Walmart to ensure the affected product is removed from store shelves. The recall was issued due to what Continental Mills and the Food and Drug Administration are calling “a potential foreign material contamination.” The potential foreign material contamination recall was issued after cable fragments were discovered in “a limited amount of product”.

As of the time of this writing, no illnesses or injuries have been reported related to this recall. No contaminated products have been reported to Continental Mills, Walmart, or the FDA either. If you purchased the recalled product, you should discard it or return it to your nearest Walmart for a refund. Customers with questions can contact Continental Mills by phone at 1-800-578-7832.
