Undeclared allergens leads to recall of Dole Endless Summer Salad Kit

By mistake, the dressing and topping kit for another Dole product was incorporated during packaging. Consumers with fish or egg allergies could have serious or even life-threatening reactions to the undeclared ingredients. Fortunately, so far no illnesses have been reported.
